What should I pay attention to when using a stroller?
- Aug-19, 2022
When taking a baby out, in order to keep the baby from running around, the mother will prepare a stroller. However, many parents treat the stroller as a shopping cart, stuff everything in the car, and sometimes even ignore the baby's own safety. Therefore, mothers must pay attention to the following things when using a stroller.
1. The brake valve is braked when parking
The brakes of baby strollers are generally at the wheels, which are not easy for children to reach. When you need to stop in some situations, you must brake the brake valve. Prevent the stroller from moving forward automatically when it encounters a downhill and slippery road.
2. Be sure to wear a seat belt
We all wear seat belts when riding in taxis, and we must not forget when we are driving children in strollers. Prevent some babies from tumbling out of the stroller.
3. Family members must take good care of them
Some mothers are very careless and leave the stroller in place when they go shopping by themselves, which is very dangerous. Babies are ignorant. If there is an accident in the stroller and the parents are not around, the consequences will be unimaginable.
4. Strollers cannot be overweight
When many parents take their babies out, they always put things on the stroller to lighten their burden. But in fact, the load of the stroller is not as good as imagined, and sometimes the stroller is tilted because one side is heavy and the other is light, putting the baby in danger.
5. Prevent the baby from being pinched
When parents open the stroller, do not let the baby close to prevent the folding chain from hurting the baby's little fingers when opening.
6. Be sure to check when using
Even if it is a newly purchased cart, you must check whether all parts are complete when you go out, confirm whether the screws and nuts are loose, whether the seat cushion is properly placed, whether the brake valve is effective, and so on.
7. Don’t frolic in the cart
When the babies are in the stroller, parents must not let the baby play with the stroller as a toy, let alone let the baby stand on the shelf of the stroller, which is easy to fall.
8. Pay attention to the expiration date
Baby strollers are generally suitable for babies over six months old and under three years old. It is not recommended to ride in a stroller after the age of three, and the weight of babies under three years old cannot exceed 15 kg.
